Level: Opportunity (Opportunity created at Stage 1)
Goal: Convert a raw transcript into a complete, standardized discovery record that sales can act on immediately.
Quick start (tell MyGuy):
- "Run Stage 1 on: COMPANY, TRANSCRIPT_OR_EMAIL_LINK"
I will:
- Create a new page under Accounts titled "COMPANY – DISCOVERY – TIME/DATE" and scaffold it for Stage 1.
- Process the transcript or email thread.
- Generate outputs for each subpage: Discovery Transcript Processing, Deliverable Templates, and Discovery Discipline.
- Paste copy-ready sections to that meeting page and return links.
Entry Criteria
✅ Stage 0 complete with:
- Account research completed and documented
- Key contacts identified
- Discovery meeting scheduled with relevant stakeholders
- DSR created and ready
